Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee robotics, manufacturing, and technology initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver objectives on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, prepare leadership reports, and drive process improvements to enhance program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field; PMP/ PMI certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years managing complex technical or engineering programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-project portfolios with budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex technical and engineering projects from planning through execution and verification.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, activities, and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; identify and mitigate risks.
