Job summary

Marki Microwave is seeking a Technical Program Manager 2 in Morgan Hill, CA. This role oversees programs interfacing with customers, managing engineering and manufacturing plans, and ensuring on-time contract deliverables across development and production orders.

The TPM will support NPI programs, coordinate with sales, engineering, operations and business teams, and review external communications to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field; Masters or MBA a plus.
• 2–3 years of RF/Microwave industry experience.
• Experience in government contracting, SCD and Hi-rel/Space applications.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Access to EAR/ITAR sensitive information eligibility (US citizen, permanent resident or protected individual).

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability, remove roadblocks, and ensure project quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide cross-functional project leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
• Translate custom product requirements into factory execution and support development.
• Track developments from initiation to customer delivery.
• Coordinate qualification plans for ruggedized applications with the quality team.
• Collaborate with design to ensure timely engineering deliverables for PO requirements.
• Support RFQ reviews and provide information for quoting.
• Establish standard methodologies to improve program performance and processes.
