Job summary

Marki Microwave is seeking a Planning Manager in Morgan Hill, CA to lead the Planning and Scheduling team in a low-volume, high-mix RF and microwave electronics environment. You will set the master schedule, coordinate with Sales Operations, and secure resources to meet committed lead times.

You will drive capacity planning, KPI governance, and cross-functional alignment to deliver Marki products on time and to spec, while developing a strong planning bench and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years’ experience in an IC manufacturing environment with 3+ years in a production planning management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Planners and Schedulers.
• Set clear vision, performance goals, and expectations; manage performance.
• Own performance assessments, training, and development; build succession depth.
• Foster a culture of empowerment, collaboration, trust, and respect.
• Balance hands-on planning with leadership responsibilities; cover absences or surges.
• Use data analysis to identify scheduling and supply issues and drive root-cause actions.
• Represent Planning in cross-functional forums such as S&OP; align with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to secure materials and with Manufacturing to confirm production plans.
