Marki Microwave in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking an entry-level RF Operations Engineer I to support production engineering, design verification, and new product introduction within a structured development program. You will gain hands-on experience with RF measurements, test equipment, and assembly practices while rotating through core engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years RF product or RF test experience.
• Foundational RF/microwave concepts (S-parameters) and basic device physics.
• Hands-on at the lab bench with RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF measurements from DC to >125 GHz (S-parameters, noise figure, IP3, harmonics).
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter).
• Support production test operations and first article validation of new products.
• Assist in design verification and new product introduction activities.
