Job description

  • As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll lead cross-team programs that move the business forward, from carrier integrations and partner launches to internal tooling and platform improvements

  • You'll bring structure to ambiguity, keep many teams pulling in the same direction, and make sure what we ship is what we meant to ship

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up

  • Lead high-impact programs end to end with minimal oversight, owning the outcome rather than just the plan

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to turn goals into clear plans, milestones, and owners

  • Spot risks and dependencies early, raise them plainly, and drive decisions instead of waiting on consensus

  • Keep program health visible with crisp written updates, so leaders and teams always know where things stand

  • Dig into technical details (architecture, integrations, data flows) well enough to ask the right questions and make good tradeoffs

  • Run retrospectives after every launch and feed what you learn back into how we plan and execute

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits packages: Awesome medical dental, vision and as applicable insurance coverage and retirement plans (in the US we offer a 401(k) plan).

  • Company Equity: We want you to feel and act like an owner.

  • Rest, relax & recharge: We encourage our employees to take time off, in addition to our fully paid global company holiday schedule. When you need time away from work, we have paid and flex time options based on your role and location, and additional paid leave programs.

  • Generous leave programs: As well as offering a wide array of leave programs, new parents can take leave with 100% wage replacement. Our healthcare plans offer coverage on family planning and fertility.
