Job summary

LeadLocate is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate engineering, product, and business teams, turning goals into actionable plans and ensuring timely, quality releases.

You will manage schedules, risks and stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical roadmaps. A strong grasp of software release processes and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years managing technical programs or projects, ideally in SaaS or software.
• Solid understanding of how software is built, tested and released, including Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent organization and follow through.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

What you bring

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM or a similar certification.
• Experience with mobile apps or communication platforms such as text, voice and email.
