Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our engineering and product teams. You will be the connective tissue between technical leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners — ensuring meetings are productive, decisions are documented, knowledge is preserved, and communication flows seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting Facilitation & Documentation
  • Attend all lead and cross-functional meetings as the designated note-taker and facilitator.
  • Capture accurate minutes of meetings (MoMs) including decisions made, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Distribute meeting summaries to relevant stakeholders within 24 hours.
  • Maintain a structured archive of all meeting notes for reference and audit trails.
  • Prepare meeting agendas in advance in collaboration with meeting owners.
Presentations & Knowledge Base
  • Create clear, well-structured presentations for leadership reviews, sprint demos, and program updates.
  • Author and maintain documentation in the team knowledge base (Confluence, Notion, or equivalent).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible documentation for non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and update runbooks, process guides, onboarding docs, and project wikis.
  • Ensure knowledge base articles are accurate, up-to-date, and properly tagged for discoverability.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Draft and send professional stakeholder emails communicating testing completion, milestone achievements, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with QA, engineering, and product teams to gather accurate status before communicating externally.
  • Manage communication cadence to keep stakeholders informed without overwhelming them.
  • Follow up on open action items and escalat blockers to program leads as needed.
  • Maintain stakeholder distribution lists and ensure the right people receive the right communications.
Program Coordination
  • Track program milestones, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks and surface them proactively to leadership.
  • Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Assist in managing project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalent).
Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in program management, technical coordination, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs).
  • Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Linear).
  • Exposure to QA/testing processes and terminology.
  • Background in a technical domain (engineering, product, or data).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
