Requirements include 4-7 years in technical program management, strong Agile experience, familiarity with CI/CD and cloud lifecycles, and excellent communication with executives. Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; PMP/PMI-ACP optional.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews using Jira and Confluence.
• Establish program KPIs and dashboards to track delivery velocity and system reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows and release processes.

About The Role

The Program Manager drives complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams around shared goals. The role owns execution roadmaps, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication, ensuring that high-impact systems ship reliably on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Define program roadmaps, track dependencies, and manage resource allocation across engineering and product teams
• Identify technical bottlenecks, mitigate operational risks, and mitigate critical issues to stakeholders with clear mitigation plans
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews using Jira and Confluence
• Establish program KPIs and reporting dashboards to track delivery velocity and system reliability metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows and release processes

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a software or infrastructure engineering environment
• Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment lifecycles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives on time
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Bonus: PMP, PMI-ACP, or ScrumMaster (CSM/CSPO) certifications; experience with Python or SQL for data analysis
