Job Description
- Own project and program coordination across data migration initiatives, consent-related work, and other operational priorities, ensuring work progresses smoothly across multiple teams
- Monitor and manage daily data operations, including reviewing files from approximately 15 vendors, validating data quality, and identifying any processing failures
- Investigate issues and coordinate resolution efforts with data engineering, application engineering, and vendor teams to ensure critical process failures are addressed quickly
- Maintain and enhance operational documentation, including process flows, vendor requirements, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures
- Track project status, provide regular progress updates, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process breakdowns
- Support operational efficiency efforts by improving organization, standardizing processes, and creating sustainable documentation for future teams
- Assist with new vendor onboarding by helping develop and manage intake processes that ensure all required information is captured upfront
- Leverage existing SQL queries and data reports to investigate issues, understand where failures occur, and support root-cause analysis, without requiring heavy development or coding expertise

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting engineering, data, or technical teams
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process management skills
- Strong communicator who can build relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive action, coordinate issue resolution, and keep initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced environment
- Natural problem solver with a proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to identify process gaps and operational risks
- Experience managing operational workflows, documentation, status reporting, and cross-functional project coordination
- Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run existing queries, investigate data issues, and interpret data outputs and reporting
- Prior experience managing consent data initiatives
