Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program. You will oversee design, development, integration, and delivery of mission‑critical systems, ensuring technical excellence and security compliance.

Strong leadership and hands‑on expertise are essential in a fast‑paced, fully on‑site environment. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in federal enterprise systems, and TS/SCI with Day 1 eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in Federal Government enterprise system management.
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle.
• Ability to explain complex problems clearly.
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications.
• Knowledge of microservices patterns.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Experience architecting for Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Developing/supporting complex technical solutions.
• Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1.
