Job summary

TrueML is seeking a proactive Technical Program Manager II to lead Product and Technology initiatives from concept to launch. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Information Security, and Legal teams across time zones to ensure end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical program management background, experience with cross-functional agile teams, and a focus on delivering complex initiatives. Unlimited PTO and medical benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in program management in software development delivery teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and Agile SDLC.
• Broad domain knowledge of product and technology and system integration.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple team members to define outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Strong verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead multiple large cross-functional programs and releases.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Product, Engineering, Information Security, and Legal across time zones to drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
• Represent work in Jira and track milestones, dependencies, releases, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Manage multiple complex cross-functional programs and lead planning/execution of high-impact programs.
• Create and maintain roadmaps with Engineering and Product leaders.
• Assess team capacity and prioritization impact, and present options against roadmap commitments.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coach teams; manage release plans and milestones.
• Promote process improvements and alignment between Product, Technology, and business.
