Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for the Gemini Cloud Assist initiative in Kirkland, WA. You will drive strategic execution, orchestrating multi-organizational workstreams and translating complex execution into executive insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
Experience with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Lead core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support.
Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points.
Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations.
Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.
