Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead to drive strategic execution of its next-generation agentic ecosystem within Google Cloud. You will orchestrate complex, multi-organizational workstreams and translate technical execution into executive insights for leadership.

You will guide agent frameworks, evaluation suites, MCP tools, and migrations, collaborating with engineering and product teams to define the future of the autonomous cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support.
• Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points.
• Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations.
• Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.
