Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for Gemini Cloud Assist in Sunnyvale, CA. You will drive strategic execution of a next-generation agentic ecosystem, orchestrating multi-organizational workstreams and translating technical execution into executive insights.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead migrations, and partner with engineers to deliver enterprise-grade AI and cloud-native solutions. This role demands deep technical judgment and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support.
• Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points.
• Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations.
• Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.
