Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead to drive the strategic execution of our next-generation agentic ecosystem within Google Cloud. You will orchestrate complex, multi-organizational workstreams and translate technical execution into executive insights, shaping go-to-market strategies and leading migrations to define the future of autonomous cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support.
  • Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols, and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
  • Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, MCP tools, and first-party/third-party product entry points.
  • Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations.
  • Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.

Job description

Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.


Preferred qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience with generative AI, including Agent Assist, evaluations, and AI agent frameworks.

  • Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting technical program status to leadership.

  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority to drive technical strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage change effectively.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
