Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the Bay Area to guide Gemini Cloud Assist from concept to launch, balancing technical and business needs. You will break down complex problems into actionable steps and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and data science.

You will define roadmaps, measure outcomes, and deliver AI-powered cloud management features that improve the application lifecycle for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for Gemini Cloud Assist, focusing on developing new agentic AI features to enhance cloud operations and application lifecycle management needs for customers.
• Apply strong investigative skills, specifically with loss analysis and quality hill-climbing.
• Build and run quality evaluations, in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Understand user needs and pain points through user research, data analysis, and market research.
• Launch and iterate on new products and features, analyzing their performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
