Blue Origin in Seattle seeks a Technical Program Director to define, manage, and deliver a portfolio of new aerospace products within Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering.

You will lead overall schedule, budget, and procurements, align cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, and drive programs from concept through production, applying deep technical expertise and strong leadership to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management in development environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary development projects with scope, schedule and cost.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery, including cost, schedule, risk & opportunity and change management.
• Organize budgets, schedules, and plans for hardware delivery and production.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to guide project planning.
• Develop project management plans, schedules, and cost baselines; report status and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Technology to align processes.
