What you will be doing

Provide 24 x 7 systems support for assigned production-related systems. Deliver day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and systems software to ensure proper operation of technology applications and equipment. This position is remote.

• Provides 24 x 7 on‑call support for all assigned production‑related systems.
• Develops and executes scripts, utilities and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data that is not updateable via user interface.
• Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems.
• Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.
• Learns, understands, implements and utilizes SOX (Sarbanes‑Oxley) and security regulations. Performs monthly and quarterly SOX testing.
• Ensures issues resulting in customer outage is escalated appropriately through TSG management.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
