Job summary

Astound Group Llc is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Operations Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role oversees AV operations, event support, and staff coordination for high-visibility meetings, hybrid events, and live production environments.

You will manage the AV warehouse, inventory control, equipment readiness, and vendor partnerships to ensure reliable service delivery for complex events and tradeshows.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in AV, event tech, Expo AV, or warehouse ops.
• 3–5 years supervising teams in logistics/warehousing.
• Proven in inventory control, check-in/out, asset tracking, and readiness for events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AV warehouse operations and readiness for events.
• Manage inventory, check-in/out, asset tracking, and labeling.
• Coordinate equipment prep, packing, loading, testing, and returns.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and enforce safety and quality.
• Partner with project managers, vendors, and logistics teams to meet schedules.
• Improve processes and workflows to enhance AV operations.
