Job summary

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for standard and non-standard systems, handle warranty issues, and perform remedial repairs under supervision of the Customer Manager Services.

You will work in a call center environment delivering timely ticket resolution, maintaining training on new systems, and supporting parts ordering and warranty analysis while developing training materials for users.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years in customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting, or mechanical assembly.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve urgent technical issues via email, CRM, and/or by phone.
• Complete tickets, weekly timesheets, expenses, and/or project in a timely manner.
• Stay current with training on all new and updated systems and equipment.
• Assist with Parts Ordering and Warranty Analysis.
• Assist with developing training materials and training users on software and hardware.
• Possesses a thorough knowledge of ATS, Switchgear, and similar systems.
• Monitor status of Helpdesk Tickets, CAT-ISO (RFQ and Orders), DSN, and SWGR DPSC mailbox.
• Identifies and escalates complex issues to management.
