Qualifications

• PV solar systems, BESS, or inverter tech experience required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, technical troubleshooting, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in a call center, responding to urgent customer issues via phone, email, and CRM.
• Troubleshoot PV solar systems, BESS, and inverter technologies.
• Complete service tickets, timesheets, expenses, and project documentation promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of updated products and systems through ongoing training.
• Assist with parts ordering and warranty analysis.
• Support development of training materials and provide training on software and hardware systems.
• Maintain knowledge of ATS, switchgear, and related power systems.
• Monitor Helpdesk tickets, RFQs, orders, DSN activities, and SWGR DPSC mailbox.
• Identify and elevate complex technical issues to management when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
