Job summary

Air Distribution Limited seeks a Product Specialist to own the technical and operational aspects of assigned product lines, interfacing with Regional Sales Managers and clients to ensure quotes are technically sound and correctly priced.

You will collaborate with Engineering, COS, and Product Marketing to maintain specs, respond to questions, and drive product standardization, while managing risk and DoA approvals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product support, technical sales, or related role.
• Familiarity with quoting processes and CRM/ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotes based on client specs, scope, and project requirements.
• Own quote accuracy for spec, scope, and project requirements.
• Own technical risk and feasibility review, with sign-off on technical accuracy before pricing.
• Own historical pricing and product performance analysis, provided to Regional Sales Managers on request.
• Maintain product matrices, spec sheets, and sizing guidelines; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Champion product lines and develop use cases and demo assets with Product Management.
• Field technical product questions from Regional Sales Managers, reps, and clients.
