• Managing workforce scheduling and resource allocation to optimize coverage and meet fluctuating business support demands.
• Implementing process improvements and best practices for technical product sales support activities within established departmental guidelines.
• Analyzing support team performance metrics and developing action plans to address gaps through coaching and training.
• Supporting staff development through product knowledge transfer sessions and systems training for Comcast Business Class offerings.
• Organizing regular team communications and updates to ensure consistent delivery of technical product support excellence.
• Monitoring technical support quality standards and customer experience metrics while providing feedback to leadership on improvement opportunities.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
