Qualifications

Requires a 4-year college degree in engineering, technology, or business.
2–4 years' experience in engineering or field sales.
Proficiency with Lotus Notes and MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Establish programs to help field sales achieve profitable volume.
Develop pricing strategies and identify new product opportunities.
Provide product training to field sales, distributors, customers, etc.
Support field sales with information regarding pricing, sales and customer policies; monitor complaints.
Conduct periodic market evaluations and competitive analysis.
Assist in the development of pricing strategies and product positioning.
Participate in or lead new product development teams as required.
Apply lean principles to all processes.
Maintain high standards of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
