Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Technical Lead to drive highly complex projects, identify solutions, and lead renovation and optimization initiatives. Partner with Marketing to translate consumer insight into project pipelines and transfer knowledge to factories to drive excellence.

Implementation of Innovation & Renovation strategy across product categories, leveraging global Nestlé networks to develop and execute development activities from mockups to pilot plant tests to meet deadlines and delight

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Travel approximately 25-50%.
5+ years of product/packaging/process development experience in a factory or related setting.
Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead technical projects and support innovation/renovation initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing to translate consumer insights into project pipelines.
Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to factory teams.
Develop and implement standards for product/packaging/process excellence.
Support operations with root-cause analysis, quality improvements, and cost savings.
