Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/PMO Lead to drive end-to-end Innovation and Renovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept to launch. You will apply project management tools, manage scope, schedule, and risk, and ensure flawless execution while upholding Nestlé's I&R processes.

The role requires a minimum BA/BS and about 5 years in PM, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS required.
• 5 years experience in project management.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply PM tools to deliver on time, on scope, and on quality.
• Lead the alignment of strategy and approach with stakeholders.
• Preventive management of roadblocks and risk mitigation plans.
• Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities and reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick‑offs and reviews.
• Provide transparency on project status and risks to cross‑functional teams.
• Control scope changes through open communication with stakeholders.
• Apply and improve Nestlé's IR processes and tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, deliverables, and documentation per policies.
• Meet established KPIs and program metrics.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
