Nestlé USA is seeking a packaging-focused professional to advance our packaging optimization and sustainable solutions across pilot plants and manufacturing facilities. You will interact with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Quality teams to deliver rapid prototyping and cost-saving initiatives.

You will help translate consumer insights into packaging concepts, support vendor interactions, and ensure alignment with Nestlé requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 0-3 years of product/packaging/process development experience in CPG preferred.
• Completion Internship Program (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Drive Packaging Optimization Strategy.
• Roll up sleeves on packaging improvements and manage trials at factories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance in cross-functional settings.
• Drive cost savings and protect consumers within Nestlé processes.
