You will drive packaging optimization, sustainability, rapid prototyping, and manage vendor interactions while building consumer insights and representing packaging with commercial teams.

The role emphasizes speed, agility, courage, and collaboration within a culture shift toward consumer-obsessed operations, offering Nestlé Day of Service and ongoing professional development

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-3 years of product/packaging/process development experience in CPG preferred.
• Completion Internship Program preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive packaging optimization strategy and sustainability initiatives.
• Roll up sleeves on packaging improvements and manage trials at factories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consumer insights and champion packaging concepts.
• Travel to factories to supervise trials and influence on the leadership team and on factory lines.
• Drive cost savings by removing non-value-added steps in systems and processes.
