Job Title: Salesforce Technical Product Owner
Location: REMOTE
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, architecture, and configuration, though this role is not hands-on coding. This individual will act as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution-guiding the product roadmap, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cross-functional teams
* Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and Salesforce teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
* Ensure optimal use of Salesforce platform features and configuration to meet business goals
* Support strategic initiatives and lead product-related discussions with both technical and non-technical teams
* Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical environment
* Strong background in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its architecture, configuration, and capabilities
* Experience as a Project Manager or in a project leadership role, familiar with product roadmaps and delivery lifecycles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Former hands-on Salesforce developer or admin experience
* Ability to think strategically while understanding technical implications

Nice to Have:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Product Owner/Agile credentials)
* Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking systems
