Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Salesforce Product Owner to lead the development, optimization, and success of our Salesforce platform. As the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will own the product roadmap, translate business needs into actionable features, and ensure the delivery of scalable and effective Salesforce solutions that support business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
3. Translate complex business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
4. Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on value, risk, and strategic fit.
5. Act as the primary liaison between business users and Salesforce developers/admins.
6. Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
7. Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
8. Monitor and report on product performance, user feedback, and system usage.
9. Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on Salesforce.
2. In-depth understanding of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
4. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
5. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Product Owner) are highly desirable.
6. Experience with Salesforce integrations, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and automation tools is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

• This is a remote position based in the United States, with no relocation offered.
• Salary Range: $123,650 - $203,150, based on experience and location.
