KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Copilot Product Owner for our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

1. Drive and manage transformation initiatives related to middle and back-office activities, including identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and executing via GenAI technologies.
2. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to align efforts, foster teamwork, and meet transformation goals.
3. Utilize GenAI to identify process optimization, efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and streamline workflows.
4. Contribute to expanding GenAI capabilities within Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, including integration, feature exploration, and interoperability.
5. Create and maintain roadmaps for M365 Copilot and other Copilot solutions.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of ten years of recent technology experience, including data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies; at least five years in Artificial Intelligence.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing research and development teams.
4. Experience developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes, with the ability to quickly understand new GenAI technologies.
5. Ability to see both the big picture and short-term details, applying multiple AI solutions to business challenges.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of working effectively across teams and with external partners; able to set goals, participate in strategic initiatives, and foster high-performance teams.
