Salesforce Product Owner - Lead to Order (L2O) - Remote Canada

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. The role involves leading discovery to create development-ready stories for the team, requiring Salesforce and Agile experience, strong leadership, and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with business groups to understand demand and develop detailed requirements.
2. Designing high-level solutions and leading Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
3. Managing platform integrations and owning a portfolio of products/initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

• 6+ years as a product owner leading technical teams in Salesforce environments.
• 3+ years experience with Lead to Order (L2O).
• 5+ years experience with Order to Cash, including quoting, contract management, orders, provisioning, and billing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Rally), and requirements documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
