Job summary

IPolarity LLC seeks an experienced Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive modernization of legacy mainframe banking apps into React-based micro-frontends with enterprise APIs and middleware services.

You will lead discovery, define epics and requirements, and manage the product backlog while coordinating across Business, Product, Operations, Architecture, UX, Engineering, Automation, and AI teams to deliver value in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading product ownership, business analysis, or technical BA roles.
5+ years in Banking and Financial Services domains (deposits, CDs, payments, lending).
Experience with legacy modernization, API/middleware, and modern web apps.
Strong ability to translate capabilities into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, product, operations, architecture, UX, and engineering teams.
Define MVP scope, release plans, estimates, and product roadmaps for modernization initiatives.
Maintain traceability from objectives to development, testing, deployment, and business acceptance.
Collaborate with UX, QA, architecture, and development teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Identify AI, automation, and RPA opportunities and translate them into concrete user stories.
