Job summary

Polarits is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for Finance & Mainframe Modernization in Owings Mills, MD. The role requires 10+ years of experience in business analysis within highly regulated financial services environments, translating legacy mainframe processes into modern workflows.

Responsibilities

Facilitate interviews with SMEs, operations teams, and technology partners.
Serve as liaison between business, technology, and project leadership.
Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
