Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering and enterprise application development.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams or equivalent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on coding for application developments.
• Lead and manage software engineering teams across design, development, and support of enterprise apps.
• Provide technical leadership and drive modernization toward open-system, API-driven architectures.
• Define architecture, standards, integration patterns, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and React-based UIs.
• Establish engineering standards for coding, testing, security, DevOps, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, QA, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery performance; drive continuous improvement.
