Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to support and deploy enhancements across mainframe and web environments from Chandler, AZ, with coordination for Phoenix/Charlotte/Plano locations.

You will work on COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, and modern web tech, handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with vendors, and drive changes through BAU processes while meeting security and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and CICS on mainframes.
• Web development exposure: Java, Angular/REACT.js, Springboot, Oracle DBaaS.
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, Version Control, ServiceNOW, and scheduling tools CA7/TWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop new code for enhancements and new features.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze trends and implement long-term improvements.
• Communicate status of resolutions to internal customers.
