Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior-level Product Leader to guide a cross-functional team delivering capabilities for the Claim organization in an agile framework. You will translate business strategy into executable work, manage the backlog, and measure outcomes to optimize value.

You will collaborate with technical teams on platform, data, and integration considerations, drive test-and-learn initiatives, and establish clear KPIs and roadmaps aligned with circle and value stream goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in Agile product management.
• 2 years of work experience in a supported discipline (Claim, Risk Control, Technology, PM, Production, or App Development).
• 3 years of experience articulating and translating business strategy and product vision.
• Familiarity with Agile values, principles, and methodologies.

• Define, prioritize, refine, and maintain a ready backlog for a cross-functional product team
• Accept final product output and focus on achieving defined outcomes
• Engage with technical teams on platform, data, and integration considerations

• Act as the voice of the end user and incorporate customer feedback
• Ensure work products meet acceptance criteria and user and system quality standards
• Make backlog trade-off decisions to maximize value

• Participate in business readiness, change adoption, and resistance mitigation
• Define metrics for technically complex products, including system performance, reliability, and data quality
• Clarify requirements, provide feedback on work in progress, and remove roadblocks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of experience in Agile product management
• Two years of work experience within the supported discipline, such as Claim, Risk Control, Technology, Project Management, Production, or Application Development
• Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product
• Agile mindset and knowledge of Agile core values, principles, practices, and methodologies
• Product mindset aligned with circle/value stream objectives
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels without traditional hierarchy
• Servant leadership approach
• Effective communication at all levels, adapting to the target audience
