Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Product Owner for a 4-month engagement to define and manage IT application roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams, refine backlogs, and set KPIs/OKRs to drive performance. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience with SQL/JavaScript and analytics tools, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with Adobe products, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmaps for IT applications.
• Act as liaison between engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to translate needs.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for features, debt, and scalability.
• Gather insights from users to translate feedback into technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture and design for delivery and removal of roadblocks.
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in technical products.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards and long-term goals.
