Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Product Owner to define the product vision and manage roadmaps for IT applications in Fort Worth, TX. This role aligns with enterprise architecture and business objectives, serving as the main liaison among engineering, architecture, and stakeholders.

You will lead backlog refinement, translate feedback into technical solutions, and drive data-driven improvements using KPIs and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, CS, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years with Adobe products or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmaps for IT applications.
• Liaise between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritize features, balancing debt, scalability and value.
• Gather insights from users to identify pain points and translate feedback into solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design to deliver technical products and remove roadblocks.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs measuring performance, reliability, and impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in technical products.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards and long-term goals.
