Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) seeks an IT Product Owner IV to define the overall product vision, identify customer and stakeholder needs, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to release. You will own the product roadmap and coordinate sprint plans, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and mentoring of other product managers. On-site collaboration across the IT and business teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of related experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Functional experience (AR, AP, GL, Billing, ePro, Asset Management, Cash Management, or Project Costing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the product roadmap across the lifecycle.
• Reviews and prioritizes backlog for sprint planning and coordinates dependencies.
• Analyzes impacts of proposed solutions and conveys business requirements to IT.
• Collaborates with business owners and stakeholders to set timelines and goals.
• Mentors and coaches other product management team members.
