Takeda is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the AI-Native Endpoint Generation suite in Cambridge, MA. You will own the technical backlog, chart the architectural direction, and guide delivery across engineering, data science, and ML teams to realize AI-first workflows that align with scientific methods.

You will partner with the Business Lead, ensure platform integrity, manage dependencies, and drive measurable product health through KPIs while interfacing with external partners as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Own and maintain the technical backlog and delivery roadmap.
• Translate AI-native workflows into technical requirements with engineers, data scientists, and architects.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management with Scrum Masters.
• Make and own technical trade-off decisions (build vs. buy).
• Ensure solutions align with laboratory workflows and business value.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the technical backlog and delivery roadmap for the DAR product family.
• Partner with the Business Lead as a single accountable pair for outcomes including scientific value and adoption; TPO handles technical feasibility and delivery.
• Translate AI-native discovery workflows into clear technical requirements with architects, engineers, data scientists, and ML scientists.
• Support Scrum Masters for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management with well-specified work.
• Make and own technical trade-off decisions (build vs. buy, sequencing, debt vs. new capability).
