Responsibilities

• Own backlog and delivery roadmap for the AI-native discovery product family.
• Partner with the Business Lead as a single accountable pair for outcomes.
• Translate AI-native discovery workflows into technical requirements and designs.
• Support Scrum Masters for sprint planning and release management.
• Make and own technical trade-off decisions (build vs buy, integration).
• Ensure solutions align with chemistries workflows and scientific methods.
• Own integration and architectural alignment with ELN/LIMS, registration, HTE, and data platforms.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across engineering, data, ML, and infra.
• Define and track engineering KPIs to complement business metrics.
• Collaborate with external partners on scope, timelines, and quality.
• Explore AI/ML-enabled discovery opportunities to redesign workflows.
• Coordinate with Labs of Tomorrow teams for shared standards.
