Qualifications

• 8+ years in software product ownership or engineering leadership, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of discovery-stage experimental data generation and related workflows.
• Experience owning a backlog and a technical roadmap end-to-end.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery grounding.
• Hands-on technical background to engage with engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technical backlog and delivery roadmap for the DAR product family.
• Partner with the Business Lead as a single accountable pair; jointly own outcomes.
• Translate AI-native discovery workflows into technical requirements with architects and scientists.
• Support Scrum Masters for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Define and track engineering KPIs and system reliability; manage risks and blockers.
