Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Technical Product Owner for a 12-month program in Atlanta, GA, to lead product planning from concept through launch for a major aviation technology initiative. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners to align on goals.

You will manage the backlog, guide agile ceremonies, define the roadmap, monitor product performance after launch, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in agile technical product management.
• 3 to 7 years of experience with product lifecycle management.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.
• 3 to 7 years of experience translating technical concepts into clear business and product language.
• 3 to 7 years of experience managing stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management.
• Ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, and support delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
