Position Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our Agile product development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality digital products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive product vision, and translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Backlog Ownership: Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear documentation of user stories and technical requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, making informed trade‑offs when needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business, design, and technical teams, fostering alignment and transparency.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, release schedules, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
  • Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, participate in testing, and validate deliverables against requirements and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, ensuring smooth product delivery.
Required Skills & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in Agile software development.
  • Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in software development or architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software architectures.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
