This role requires bridging technical teams and stakeholders while driving cutting-edge software products that meet user needs, contract requirements, and business objectives

Demonstrated technical team leadership abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, and self-direction in fast paced environments
Software Development Background with knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, Java, Python) and component architectures, solid agile/Scrum experience, proficiency with ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence), CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud Platforms, and Software Debugging/optimization
Must be a US Citizen
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US DoD Secret or Higher
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science or related field
Eight (8) years in software engineering and product management or Product Owner technical experience
Work may require occasional travel
Our team works on a compressed 9/80 schedule. Hybrid with at least 2 days in office at the Nashua location are required.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
