Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Technical Product Operations professional to support a business-critical cloud infrastructure application and GPU capacity deployment workflows.

You will work with business stakeholders and engineering to gather requirements, translate needs into specs, and drive feature delivery through testing, UAT, and production releases. You will manage backlogs, coordinate incident resolution, validate functionality, and maintain clear documentation throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in technical product management, product operations, program management, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Experience coordinating technology or software delivery initiatives across business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support for an enterprise application, including triaging user questions and coordinating resolutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs for enhancements, maintenance requests, and new features.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering teams.
• Coordinate enhancements and maintenance across the SDLC from requirements to production deployment.
• Maintain backlogs, track dependencies, and follow up on actions to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with engineering to investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate UAT, document results, collect stakeholder feedback, and track issues to resolution.
• Support production releases by coordinating deployment readiness and release updates.
• Document requirements, incidents, testing results, decisions, feature requests, and release activities.
