Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a technically skilled professional to support a business-critical cloud infrastructure application with GPU capacity deployment workflows. You will work with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, create functional specs, and drive feature delivery across the lifecycle.

You will triage questions, coordinate incident resolution, maintain documentation, and help produce status updates and reviews for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years in technical product management, product operations, program management, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating technology or software delivery initiatives across stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with end-to-end software development lifecycle and release management.
• Experience managing feature requests and application enhancements from requirements through implementation.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including troubleshooting coordination and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support for an enterprise application, including triaging user questions and coordinating issue resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs for enhancements, maintenance, and new features.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineers.
• Coordinate enhancements and maintenance throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Maintain backlogs, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and follow up on actions to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with engineering to investigate incidents, communicate status, and drive corrective actions through closure.
• Support UAT, validate results, collect feedback, and track issues to resolution and business sign-off.
• Prepare status updates, project docs, and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
