Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Redmond, Washington, seeks a Technical Product Manager to support a business-critical cloud infrastructure application. You’ll gather requirements, translate them into specs, and coordinate feature delivery across engineering and business teams.

You’ll manage the lifecycle of enhancements, validate functionality, and ensure smooth production releases while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2–4 years in technical product management or enterprise support.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Experience coordinating delivery across stakeholders and engineering.
• Familiarity with SDLC including deployment and production support.
• Knowledge of testing, defect tracking, and UAT processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support for an enterprise app and triage user questions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs for enhancements and maintenance.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate enhancements through the SDLC from requirements to production.
• Maintain backlogs, track dependencies, and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve production incidents and drive fixes.
• Coordinate UAT, document results, and track issues to closure.
• Support production releases with readiness and status updates.
• Document requirements, incidents, testing results, and decisions.
