Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our remote team at CENTEGIX. As a Product Leader, you will take charge of steering the strategic direction of our products, with a primary focus on integrating and extending our products into a comprehensive platform.

In this role, you will drive innovation and customer-centric solutions within education, healthcare, government, and various other vertical markets. You will be instrumental in shaping the roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring the product meets the evolving needs of our diverse customer base. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a critical aspect of our product platform strategy, driving impact and advancing safety solutions across multiple sectors.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Lead by owning the product platform vision, market offering, product roadmap, requirements, and priorities.
  2. Define and manage the product roadmap, features, and requirements, working closely with engineering teams to prioritize and develop platform capabilities.
  3. Act as the voice of the customer by incorporating feedback from various sources including customers, operations, sales, and solutions engineering.
  4. Communicate product platform vision and updates internally and externally.
  5. Create and manage processes for organizing incoming product requests, determining prioritization, and communicating with stakeholders and customers as features are brought to market.
  6. Coordinate with sales, marketing, channel partners, and operations to develop go-to-market plans.
  7. Maintain expert-level knowledge of current capabilities and the product roadmap at both a strategic and technical level.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external customers via the use of mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to iterate on product direction.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in a technical product-related role, such as engineering and/or product management.
  2. Comfortable with ambiguity and biased to action without continuous, direct oversight.
  3. Software background ideally with SaaS-based products and platforms.
  4. Ability to travel up to 10% to visit customers, attend conferences, and critical meetings.
  5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business.
